Terms of sale:
Non-Delivery & Returns
Non-delivery of goods and requested returns must be advised to Associated
Spring (and accepted in writing) within 10 days of invoice date, otherwise
no liability will be accepted.
Returns
Only faulty goods will be accepted for return. Prior agreement must
be obtained from the SPEC Department using Goods Return Note only and
goods returned by least expensive means.
Shortages
Must be advised immediately delivery is made, quoting Invoice and
Despatch No.
Ownership
All goods remain the property of Associated Spring SPEC until all
invoices are paid in full.
Refunds
Our no quibble 15 working days money back warranty beginning the day after the goods are received means you can return your purchase if you change your mind. Please ensure that the product has not been used and that it is returned to us undamaged in the original packaging along with all accessories and instructions and all we ask is that you pay the return carriage costs (with insurance). Once notified of your intent to cancel and a returned authorised number issued, we will refund your original payment of goods (excluding carage) within 30 days. All goods returned must be complete and in original packaging for payment to be processed. All refunds are given at the discretion of company management .
